Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use this website and order patio and outdoor living equipment from us.
Last updated 10 September 2026The short version. This website takes no money. You enquire, we telephone you with a total, and the courier collects it in cash at your door.
1. Who you are dealing with
primepatio-diy.com is operated by FLOFUM, S.L., incorporated in Spain, tax identification number (CIF) B75621250, registered office Calle Parcerisa 13, Local 1, 08014 Barcelona, Spain. PrimePatio DIY is the trading name it sells under, and “we” below means FLOFUM, S.L. Write to support@primepatio-diy.com.
2. What these terms cover
They govern your use of this website and any sale we agree with you: cordless power tools, paint sprayers, pressure washers, outdoor grills, garden seating, welding equipment and their fittings, however you contact us. We sell to private individuals buying for their own homes, so the 14 day withdrawal right below does not extend to trade buyers; tell us at the enquiry stage if an order is a business one. By enquiring you confirm you are 18 or over.
3. The website is an invitation, not an offer
Every page here, the stock list included, is an invitation for you to enquire. None of it is a binding offer to sell, and nothing you click can commit you, because there is no basket and no checkout.
You tell us what you want and where it goes. We check stock and courier coverage, then telephone you with the goods, the total and the delivery window. The contract is formed when you confirm on that call, and at no earlier point. Until then either side can stop, owing nothing.
4. Prices and the figure the driver collects
Prices are in euro and include Spanish VAT. Any delivery charge is quoted separately on the call, so you hear one final total before agreeing.
That total is what the courier collects. Nothing is added at the door: no handling fee, no fuel surcharge, no charge for paying in cash. If a driver asks for more, do not pay. Refuse the parcel and email support@primepatio-diy.com.
A price you saw last month is not held until confirmed on a call. Outside the euro area the courier collects the equivalent in local currency at their network’s rate that day.
5. Cash on delivery is the only way to pay
We operate one method of payment. There is no card terminal, no payment gateway and no merchant account behind this business, so cards, wallets and transfers cannot be processed. We ask for no deposit and no card number at any stage. The courier takes the full confirmed amount in cash as the parcel changes hands. Drivers carry little change, so have it ready.
| Method | Taken | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Cash to the courier on delivery | Yes | The only arrangement we operate |
| Credit or debit card | No | No terminal, no gateway |
| PayPal and similar wallets | No | No merchant account exists |
| Transfer, cheque or voucher | No | We take nothing before delivery |
No member of our staff will ever ask you for card details or an advance payment. A message that does so did not come from PrimePatio DIY. Send it to support@primepatio-diy.com and we will check what is genuinely on order in your name.
6. Delivery
We deliver to street addresses in all 27 member states of the European Union. Post office boxes, parcel lockers and pick-up points cannot be used, because a cash payment needs somebody there to take the goods. The window is quoted on the call, and risk passes to you on hand-over.
If nobody answers, the courier tries again and then holds the parcel at the local depot. A refused parcel comes back to us, and as nothing was paid there is nothing to refund. Detail sits on the delivery page.
7. Your right to withdraw within 14 days
You have 14 days from the day the goods arrive to withdraw, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right under EU consumer law. Tell us in writing at support@primepatio-diy.com, quoting your delivery receipt, then return the goods complete within a further 14 days.
Handle an item as you would in a shop; use beyond that may reduce what we return to you. Once the goods are back and checked, we return what you paid the driver within 14 days, by transfer to an account you nominate. Return carriage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrongly sent. Steps are on the returns page.
8. Conformity and the two year guarantee
Everything we sell carries the two year statutory conformity cover EU law gives consumers. If goods do not match what was agreed, ask us to repair or replace them free of charge; where neither is possible, you can ask for a price reduction or hand them back for your money.
A fault appearing in the first year is treated as present at delivery unless the facts clearly say otherwise. The cover is for defects, not for normal wear, weather damage where an item was left out against its instructions, or a product somebody else has modified. Claim by email with your receipt number.
9. Using this website properly
The site is here for reading about the goods and getting in touch. Do not attempt access to parts not made available to you, scrape the site, enquire in a false name or against another person’s address, or upload anything harmful. We keep it running as well as we reasonably can but promise no uninterrupted availability.
10. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, drawings, layout, code and the PrimePatio DIY name belong to FLOFUM, S.L. or are used under licence. Read the pages and print a copy for your own use. Republishing them elsewhere, or using our photographs commercially, needs our written permission first.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit. Your statutory rights as a consumer stand in full.
Subject to that, we answer for loss following in the ordinary course from us breaking this contract. We do not answer for loss of profit or business, for hiring a tradesman because a delivery ran late, or for damage caused by installation carried out contrary to the manual. Where liability can lawfully be capped, the cap is what you paid for the goods concerned.
12. Complaints
Bring a complaint to us first. Email support@primepatio-diy.com with your receipt number and what went wrong. We acknowledge within two working days and answer within 14 days, saying so if it needs longer.
13. Settling a dispute out of court
If we cannot settle matters between us, you can take it further without going to court. We belong to no private arbitration scheme and are not signed up to any consumer ombudsman, so the routes open to you are the consumer authority or consumer arbitration board in the country where you live, the European Consumer Centre there if you bought from another member state, or the courts. Ask us at support@primepatio-diy.com and we will send you the details we hold for your country.
14. Governing law and which courts hear a dispute
Spanish law governs these terms and any contract formed under them, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live; where the two differ, the stronger protection applies. Claims may be brought before the courts of Spain, and as a consumer you keep the right to sue where you live, which is also the only place we may sue you.
15. Changes to these terms
We revise this page as the business changes. The version governing your purchase is the one published on the day you confirmed the order by telephone, and earlier wording is kept on file.
