Two ways in
PrimePatio DIY is the trading name of FLOFUM, S.L. Both routes land with the same small team, so use whichever suits the question.
Best for anything carrying a list, a photograph or a measurement. Send the pictures straight through. We would far rather see the deck than have it described to us.
Replies go out within one working day, Monday to Friday. Spanish public holidays are the exception and push everything back by a day.

Post and formal notices reach us at this address. It is an office rather than a trade counter, so please do not travel out to collect goods in person.
Returns do not go here by default. Write to us first and we will confirm where your parcel should be sent.
Nobody here will ever ask you for card details. Not a card number, not a bank account, not a deposit, not a release fee. Every order on this site is paid in cash to the courier once the goods are in front of you, and never a moment sooner. If somebody rings using our name and asks for money in advance, put the phone down and tell us at support@primepatio-diy.com.
